Text message notifications
Superwash sends one kind of text: "your laundry is ready." Here is exactly how it works.
What you get
After you opt in, we send one text each time an order of yours is ready for pickup (or, for card-on-file customers, that it is ready and your card was charged), plus one confirmation text at the moment you sign up. No marketing, no promotions, no reminders. A typical customer gets one or two texts a week; many get one a month.
How you opt in
In person, at our counter in Odessa. When you drop off laundry, the clerk asks: "This is Superwash. Would you like us to text you at this number when your laundry is ready for pickup? You would get one text each time an order is ready, plus one confirmation text right now. Message and data rates may apply. You can reply STOP at any time to opt out, or HELP for help. Our privacy policy and terms are on our website at superwashtx.com/privacy-policy and superwashtx.com/terms. Is that okay?" Only if you say yes does the clerk turn texting on for your profile, and you get the confirmation text right away. We ask in English or Spanish, and Spanish-speaking customers get the texts in Spanish. We never buy, rent or import phone numbers.
Opting out and help
- Reply STOP to any text and you are unsubscribed immediately (you get one final text confirming it). You can also ask any clerk to turn it off.
- Reply HELP for the store's details, or call (432) 332-9400.
- Reply START if you change your mind.
The small print
- Texts come from (432) 332-9400 — our store number. It sends notifications only and is not read for replies other than STOP, HELP and START; please call us with anything else.
- Message and data rates may apply according to your mobile plan. Superwash does not charge for texts.
- Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
